Property investment company NEP
A property investment company «NEP» is founded 1994 leading industrial enterprises and commercial bank of Lviv. The basic tasks of activity were participating in privatization processes on Ukraine and work at the fund market. For this purpose a company founded two mutual funds: a closed mutual fund «NEP» and a opened mutual fund «NEP TEKHINVEST», the investors of which were become by over 12000 citizens. A company came forward the buyer of actions of many Ukrainian enterprises, however main direction of investing of assets of company were industrial enterprises.
In the process of work sphere of activity «NEP» broadened and by it a company was created is a recorder of AT «Lev-company», which conducts activity in the sphere of registration of transition of ownership rights on securities. Became the permanent clients of this society near 100 enterprises of the Lvov and Kiev areas.
Also «NEP» came forward the founder of joint stock company «NEP EXPERT».
Today a company carries out active operations at the primary and second market of securities. Among the basic partners of company it is possible to select the Danish company «Sunds velour», greek company «Fortius Finance», American company «Lanex corporation”, Ukrainian enterprises of TK «Intermarket», joint-stock company «Iskra», joint-stock company «Duna - Vesta». For 2006 by a company 2640 agreements were concluded on securities to the amount of 42 803 968 Uah, for the 1th quarter of 2007 – 814 agreements to the amount of 7 741 653 Uah.
For today basic work of company «NEP» is bringing in of investments from Western Europe on the Ukrainian enterprises. To that end in this year an agreement was signed about a collaboration in this direction with the Belgian company “Euro connection”.
